Purpose: This research aims to compare the effects of the flipped learning method based on Merrill's model with the conventional teaching methods on the academic performance of fifth-grade students in mathematics education.Method: The statistical population of the research is all the fifth-grade students of the primary school in Islamshahr, Tehran, during the academic year 2018-2019. The data were through convenient sampling from students. The research method is quasi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design. Pham and Taylor's standard academic performance questionnaire (1999) was used as a measurement tool. The face validity of the tool was confirmed by experts in educational sciences and specialized teachers of mathematics, and its impact score was reported as 2.3, and the reliability of 0.72 was obtained using Cronbach's alpha. The data were analyzed using one-way ANCOVA and paired t-tests.Findings: The results showed that the flipped method designed based on Merrill's educational model had a greater impact on students' academic performance than its reported results in the literature. The implemented flipped method also affected students’ academic performance greater than the general conventional methods. In general, the findings indicate that teaching in the flipped method according to Merrill's design has a greater impact on the academic performance of students in mathematics than its traditional versions as well as the regular lecturing methods of teaching. Conclusion: It is argued that teachers and educational designers can enhance the effects of Merrill's model by integrating it into the flipped method classrooms

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the opinion of academic staff about the necessity of investment in E-learning development and the issues that are encountered with the investment of E-learning.Method: This research is a qualitative multi-method and has been done using two meta-synthesis qualitative and phenomenological designs. The meta-synthesis design was based on the six-step method of Sandlowski and Barroso (2007). Accordingly, the meta-synthesis team was formed with the presence of three curriculum planning experts and two meta-synthesis research experts. In the phenomenological method, the participants were 12 academic staff selected from Shiraz University in Iran and Sheffield Hallam University in the UK through purposive samples. A qualitative design was adopted using semi-structured interviews.Findings: In general, the analysis showed academic staff’s positive opinion about the necessity of E-learning development. Three main themes emerged after thematic analysis which showed that to develop E-learning three issues must be addressed: Technological-infrastructure issues, pedagogical issues, and cultural issues. Conclusion: The result has brought some different experiences and cultural issues. Both universities claimed that investment is worthwhile. But cultural issues are a subject that needs to be considered while investing in E-learning. It brings a good research area to explore cultural diversity and different attitudes in various cultures towards the development of E-learning.

Purpose: This research aims to identify the position of e-commerce at the gold and jewelry industry in Iran.Method: Related articles were reviewed in this field. Based on the CASP method, 8 articles were selected. Based on the meta-synthesis technique and using ATLAS TI software, related codes were extracted.Findings: Based on the obtained results, 12 main categories and 79 primary codes were identified. These 12 categories are e-commerce services, technical systems, buying and selling systems, ethical and legal issues, consumer situations, seller situations, information accuracy, business management, support for online business systems, individual characteristics, system issues, and Human cases. Conclusion: Based on market pressure and technology development, like any other business, the gold and jewelry industry is also forced to use and develop e-commerce. The gold and jewelry industry plays an important role in Iran's economy. The e-commerce industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors in Iran, and online jewelry has also opened its way in this direction. The evidence points to the industry's slow pace in the rapid e-commerce trend. This lack of coordination of e-commerce adaptation with the structure of the gold and jewelry industry, especially in Iran, requires solving the problems and creating the necessary infrastructure.

Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to teach how to reduce brand aversion in technological businesses.Method: The research method was based on multi-criteria decision-making techniques for real data of technological businesses. In this research, the data envelopment analysis method was used in DEAP software. Based on two inputs, and three outputs, the effectiveness of brand aversion training has been investigated in 20 technological businesses.Findings: The results show the importance of brand hate training in improving the performance of these businesses. More importantly, brands are becoming increasingly international and culturally relevant markets. As a result, an essential element of all brand management theory tests should be considered from a cross-cultural perspective. When we examine the structure, antecedents, and consequences of brand aversion cross-culturally, the consumer's understanding of feelings of deep dissatisfaction and aversion to consumer-brand relationships deepens. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the gradual decrease in trust affects the two dimensions of brand hatred, i.e. feelings of disgust and deep dissatisfaction.
