Purpose: This study aimed to explore the opinion of academic staff about the necessity of investment in E-learning development and the issues that are encountered with the investment of E-learning.Method: This research is a qualitative multi-method and has been done using two meta-synthesis qualitative and phenomenological designs. The meta-synthesis design was based on the six-step method of Sandlowski and Barroso (2007). Accordingly, the meta-synthesis team was formed with the presence of three curriculum planning experts and two meta-synthesis research experts. In the phenomenological method, the participants were 12 academic staff selected from Shiraz University in Iran and Sheffield Hallam University in the UK through purposive samples. A qualitative design was adopted using semi-structured interviews.Findings: In general, the analysis showed academic staff’s positive opinion about the necessity of E-learning development. Three main themes emerged after thematic analysis which showed that to develop E-learning three issues must be addressed: Technological-infrastructure issues, pedagogical issues, and cultural issues.Conclusion: The result has brought some different experiences and cultural issues. Both universities claimed that investment is worthwhile. But cultural issues are a subject that needs to be considered while investing in E-learning. It brings a good research area to explore cultural diversity and different attitudes in various cultures towards the development of E-learning.

Purpose: Despite progress in the world, education has not changed much compared to previous years, and despite the variety of teaching methods, poor learning is one of the challenges in education. Applying educational games in teaching and learning can be a solution to this problem. In the last decade, research has been conducted around the world to evaluate the effectiveness of educational games. A review of the literature is needed to examine the effectiveness of serious games in education, as the number of studies on serious games is increasing and some studies have tried to meta-analyze this issue.Method: For this purpose, the studies conducted on the effects of educational games are examined using the library method. Educational games, gamification, game, meta-analysis, and similar keywords were searched on Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar, and 32 articles were selected and analyzed. The selected articles were reviewed in terms of positive findings, negative results, and effective factors in improving educational games.Findings: The results indicate the effectiveness of educational environments in the game in increasing the learning, participation, and motivation of learners.Conclusion: The present study tries to provide an overview of studies, especially meta-analytic studies in the field of game-making, although it was accompanied by limitations such as not reviewing studies published in a format other than journal articles and conferences. Research such as the present study can provide a broad perspective for the use and design of educational games in the educational process.

Purpose: This study aims to design a Zn-Air Battery Educational Model and assess its impact on Student Learning.Method: This research employs a quantitative approach and a Quasi-Experimental Methodology. According to the new Modeling Methods in Chemistry Education and based on the background investigation and Content Analysis of previous Research, a simple educational model of the battery was designed using readily available and inexpensive materials. This study first examined the characteristics of Zn-Air battery construction, besides the special materials and required conditions before describing the training model for this battery. Then, students were divided randomly into experimental and control groups using Solomon's Four-Group Research Design including four groups of sixty individuals. In the experimental group, the 5E Method was used to create a structured modeling environment in which students could create their desired models, and its validity was confirmed by the researcher. Cronbach's alpha was used to determine its reliability. The Research hypotheses were examined and analyzed using the analysis of variance test and the two-sided independent t-test in the section on inferential statistics. For Data Analysis and Statistical Error Reduction, SPSS was utilized.Findings: The Findings revealed that the experimental group learned significantly more than the control group students and performed better.Conclusion: learning with the model makes learning more durable because the learner organizes his own learning and knows when and how to obtain it. The inductive nature of the model aids students in gaining a deeper understanding of the key concepts through the examination of natural phenomena and events used in the research.

Purpose: This research examines the citizenship education curriculum for students with special needs. Children with special needs are a significant vulnerable group in societies, which, according to studies, constitute 11.6% of children in each society. This group of children needs special education and services to develop their potential. One of the necessary education for students with mental disabilities is citizenship education.Method: Delphi method was used to identify and screen the factors affecting citizenship education. The snowball sampling method was used. 15 experts of exceptional students were used. Based on the interview, the effective factors on citizenship education have been identified. Based on the expert interviews, 20 indicators were finally identified. Fuzzy Delphi method has been used to screen and ensure the importance of the identified indicators and select the final indicators. Experts' viewpoints have been used to measure the importance of indicators.Findings: These criteria include: participation, needs assessment, social capital, role model, life lessons, individual characteristics of mentally retarded students, social situation, psychological characteristics, cultural factors, facilities and equipment, the role of teachers, teaching techniques, educational assessment and evaluation, Cultivation, moralism, Government support, quality of life, psychological consequences, social consequences, improving skills.Conclusion: Considering the special characteristics of mentally retarded children, they need special solutions in the field of citizenship education due to their mental and physical limitations.

Purpose: This study was conducted to find out the direction of using educational technology in financial management.Method: Bibliometrics and scientific mapping techniques have been used in this applied research. Research data were collected from the Scopus database from 1973 to 2022. Bibliometrix R was used to analyze and visualize data and scientific maps.Findings: The research findings show that educational technology in financial management among 60 documents in 6 clusters of financial management, medical education, short survey, priority journal, public relations, and university. In the research, educational technology and financial management are the most widely used words in a single cluster and have the most centrality and betweenness. Likewise, the field of dentistry is one of the fields that are most active in using educational technology in financial management.Conclusion: Educational technology as an interdisciplinary field has a direct and effective impact on most service businesses affecting the country's economy. Knowledge development and integration of key issues in financial management are essential. According to the findings of this study, for the promotion in the industries especially the service sector, it is suggested to provide a strategic view in applying educational technology in financial management.

Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to teach how to reduce brand aversion in technological businesses.Method: The research method was based on multi-criteria decision-making techniques for real data of technological businesses. In this research, the data envelopment analysis method was used in DEAP software. Based on two inputs, and three outputs, the effectiveness of brand aversion training has been investigated in 20 technological businesses.Findings: The results show the importance of brand hate training in improving the performance of these businesses. More importantly, brands are becoming increasingly international and culturally relevant markets. As a result, an essential element of all brand management theory tests should be considered from a cross-cultural perspective. When we examine the structure, antecedents, and consequences of brand aversion cross-culturally, the consumer's understanding of feelings of deep dissatisfaction and aversion to consumer-brand relationships deepens.Conclusion: The findings indicate that the gradual decrease in trust affects the two dimensions of brand hatred, i.e. feelings of disgust and deep dissatisfaction.
